DATRUTHMETER aims to communicate information to the public about education, culture and current events from an African American perspective. The blog will take on hot topics that affect the African-American community such as health, poverty and relationships among other topics. DaTruthMeter blog will start to advance the conversations that African-American males have been hesitant to expound on because of the fear of being to “soft” or emotional. In reality some of the topics such as mental health need to be discussed as our African-American males are experiencing a level of trauma that needs to be dealt with.

Those contributors will become an asset to DaTruthMeter blog as we want to understand certain topics through a different lens.
