DATRUTHMETER aims to communicate information to the public about education, culture and current events from an African American perspective. The blog will address issues that affect the African-American community and culture such as health, poverty, politics and relationships among other topics. DaTruthMeter blog will advance conversations that the culture may have been hesitant to expound on because of the fear of being to “soft” or emotional. In reality some of the topics such as mental health, emotional well being and other unhealthy lifestyles that are ripe for change, need to be discussed, written and published as some of our African-American Kinfolks are experiencing a level of trauma that needs to be dealt with. These matters among others that ignite our passion with culture and education will make DaTruthMeter blog raise the temperature, turn up the volume and speak the unbias truth.

Those contributors will become an asset to DaTruthMeter blog as we want to understand certain topics through a different lens.
